Pre-order
DZIRI pieces are made in small batches in our workshop in Portugal. Your order is charged immediately through secure checkout, your piece goes into production in your name, and dispatch takes place within 4 weeks. If you cancel before dispatch, you receive a full refund within 5 working days.

For Switzerland and the United Kingdom, any customs duties are payable by you.
Returns
You have 14 days from receipt to return an unworn piece in its original packaging. Return shipping is at your expense unless the item is faulty. Email us at contact@dziri.com with your order number to start a return. Refunds are issued within 10 working days of receipt.
