Data collected
When you place an order, we collect your name, email, delivery address, telephone number (optional) and order details. This information is strictly necessary to process and track your order. Bank details never pass through our servers — they are processed directly by Stripe.

Retention
Order data is retained for 10 years in accordance with Swiss accounting obligations (Article 958f of the Code of Obligations). Contact data may be deleted on request, unless legal obligations require otherwise.

- Supabase (AWS, Europe region) — database and authentication
- Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. — payment processing
- Email delivery provider using the notify.dziri.ch domain — transactional emails
- Carriers (La Poste, DHL, Chronopost, etc.) — parcel delivery
No data is sold to third parties.

Under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection and the GDPR (for EU residents), you have the right to access, rectification, erasure, portability, objection and restriction of processing. The website uses only strictly necessary technical cookies (basket, session, authentication). No third-party advertising or audience measurement cookies are currently set.
