Terms and conditions of sale.

These terms govern sales made on dziri.ch between DZIRI STORE (the “Seller”), based in Geneva, Switzerland, and any adult customer acting in a personal capacity (the “Customer”). Placing an order implies full acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Pieces are produced in limited runs. Pre-ordering lets you reserve a size: payment is charged when the order is confirmed, and production then begins. The estimated dispatch time is stated on the product page and repeated in the confirmation email.

Prices are shown in euros (EUR), including all applicable taxes, excluding delivery charges. Delivery charges are displayed before order confirmation. Orders outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties and local taxes payable by the Customer.

Payment is made online through Stripe (bank card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Link). Bank details never pass through our servers. If payment fails, the order is automatically cancelled and production does not begin.

Delivery times and charges depend on the delivery zone (see the Delivery & returnspage). Stated delivery times are estimates. A reasonable delay does not entitle the Customer to damages, except in the event of gross negligence by the Seller. Order tracking is available through the confirmation email.

Under applicable European regulations (Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code for EU Customers), you have 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal without giving a reason. Swiss Customers receive an equivalent 14-day return right offered commercially by DZIRI STORE. Return shipping costs are borne by the Customer. Pieces must be returned new, unworn, unwashed, with their labels and in their original packaging. Refunds are made within 14 days of receipt of the return, to the original payment method.

All our pieces are covered by the statutory warranty of conformity and the warranty against hidden defects (Articles 197 et seq. of the Swiss Code of Obligations; Articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code). If there is a defect, contact us at notify@dziri.ch.

Any complaint may be sent to notify@dziri.ch. In the event of a dispute, EU Customers may use the European online dispute resolution platform free of charge: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

These terms and conditions are governed by Swiss law. If no amicable settlement is reached, the competent courts of Geneva shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protection rules applicable in the Customer’s place of residence.
